International Orders:

We mainly ship via USPS due the cheaper rates.  Usually $20.00- $50.00 ( 7-10 Business Days)

We can ship FedEx, UPS or DHL for expedited shipping but rates are more expensive.

Order fulfillment:

All orders received before 10:00AM EST will be shipping that day, all orders received after 10:00AM EST will be shipped the following business day.  Mountainfitter brand products have been slower to ship since items are currently being built to order.  This should change by mid June when all items listed will be stocked merchandise. 

 

Shipping Carriers:

Please note: Mountainfitter determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the ship to states tax laws.

 

Return Policy:

We at Mountainfitter want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most unused items to us for any reason within 30 days of receipt for refund. All returned items must be in brand new and re-sellable condition with all tags, packaging, accessories and documentation still intact and in their original condition.  All returns will receive a full refund, less the original shipping charge. Please remember that if you return any items from an order in which you received free shipping and/or a promotional gift or discount, the original savings associated with the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.  Please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit card company to process and post the refund amount to your account.  

 
The item must be in its original condition:  Please ensure that the item you are returning is in brand new condition with all of its original product packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, as we are not able to resell such products.
 
Wait for a Return Authorization number:  In order to expedite return processing and to prevent errors, please wait for RA # prior to shipping your return. You should receive RA # for your return request within two business days.
 
Carefully pack and send:  When sending your return, please use the original (or comparable) shipping box and ship pre-paid via an insured carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  We are not responsible for damage to returned items while they are in transit. 
 

Exceptions: 

Clearance Items:  Clearance items are final sales and may not be returned. Sale items, on the other hand, MAY be returned.

First Aid, Safety Gear, Search & Rescue Equipment: For legal liability reasons and for your personal safety, may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Warranty:

Mountainfitter is committed to providing you with high-quality outdoor gear that is responsibly made in the USA.  Our products are built using the highest quality materials and the most professional craftsmanship available. Every item we make is fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year.   Our guarantee applies when the product has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. Replacement necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, is not covered under our guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than Mountainfitter will void the guarantee. The guarantee does not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in Mountainfitter products.  If your item is an older model or color, and has been discontinued or is no longer in stock, we will do our best to replace with comparable item and color. Mountainfitter will replace any item that has been proven defective to the original owner.
